    No, we dont offer Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method. You can make payments through various online banking medium available.

    What should I do if my payment fails?In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from KGNxerox once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

How do I re-order previously bought items?
Easy! Please log into your account, go to order history and reorder!

Can I add more to an order I've just placed?
No. Please cancel the current order and place a new oder with all the items.

Do I need to return the damaged items?
We take ample care that your order reaches you in best of shape, however please get in touch with our Customer Support for details on return of items along with the necessary details.

What are the shipping charges on the FREE offer?
The shipping charge for the free orders is Rs. 50.

How will my order arrive?
Your order will reach at your doorstep via our partnered courier service providers including Aramex, DTDC, Blue Dart, LITE.

When does KGN dispatch the orders?
We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

  • We attempt to process every paid order and ship within 4 working days if placed before 1 P.M. and 5 working days if placed after 1 P.M.
  • For free orders your order will reach you within 7 working days if placed before 1PM and within 8 working days if placed after1PM.

Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.

Does KGN deliver products outside India?
No. KGN does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

Product Quality

What paper stock do you use?
We have a variety of paper that we use. For Free and premium cards, we use 300 GSM Matte coated paper. You may also select from several premium paper types available on our website.

Packaging

Can I buy Business cards without KGN branding?
Yes. Only free business cards contain a discreet KGN branding on the back of the card. Paid business cards do not contain KGN branding.

Can I get my logo on the packaging instead of the KGN logo?
No. At this time, we do not support custom logo on the packaging materials. However, you may choose to buy other products like business card holders that can be customized with your or your company's name.
